At this time, we only have vaccines for private pay insurance for children 6 months and older. Updates on when vaccines are available under the Vaccines for Children (VFC program) will be posted as soon as vaccine is received.
The DeKalb County Health Department provides Flu Vaccinations for adults and children (6 months to 18 years of age). A parent or guardian must accompany individuals under 18 years of age.
To prevent seasonal flu, the Center for Disease Control (CDC) recommends:
- Receiving your flu vaccines as early as available. You will continue to be protected throughout the entire flu season.
- A flu vaccine for all persons 6 months or older.
No cost to you with insurance. We accept Medicare part B, Medicaid and most PPO insurance plans. Please bring all insurance cards and a photo ID. Those without insurance may pay $38 by cash or check at time of service. Credit cards will be accepted with a current photo ID.
