The DeKalb County Health Department provides Flu Vaccinations for adults and children (6 months and older). A parent or guardian must accompany individuals under 18 years of age.
To prevent seasonal flu, the Center for Disease Control (CDC) recommends:
- Receiving your flu vaccines as early as available. You will continue to be protected throughout the entire flu season.
- A flu vaccine for all persons 6 months or older.
No cost to you with insurance. We accept Medicare part B, Medicaid and most PPO insurance plans. Please bring all insurance cards and a photo ID. Those without insurance may pay $38 by cash at time of service. Credit cards will be accepted with a current photo ID.
Effective 01/04/2024, a credit card fee of 2.25% will be applied to all debit and credit card transactions. A minimum of $1.00 will be applied.
We are a Vaccine for Children (VFC) Provider for flu vaccination for children 6 months-18 years who are VFC eligible.
